The woods behind the Harden Tavern beside the walk in clinic on rt 62 spook me. There is one area that my dog just stares and growls and there is nothing there. I read on a Wilmington blog that the inn and land had apparitions, and sightings were documented by neighbors.
I only discovered that after searching for an explanation to why I feel so uncomfortable in that one area.

I have lived in Wilmington for 35 years and have had numerous paranormal experiences in and around Silver Lake. I have seen apparitions of a man with a knife a floating head near the train tracks and ghostly voices at the lake.
