Last night about midnight I was on a night hike with a friend. At the top of the mtn / hill we heard several voices chanting (non-stop) for over an hour. We sat by and listened, and it was very eerie and definitely not English, Spanish, Latin, or French. Could have been pagans, Satanists, Native Americans, or spirit. Cannot call it. We continued to hike, and about twenty minutes later we were on the west end of the small pond. We heard what sounded like a rattle immediately followed by a deep growl. Very spooky. The rest of the hike was uneventful; nonetheless, it was a very spooky hike. I'll keep going and repost with pictures or audio if I can capture it. Be well all:) .

The woods on the west side of Horn Pond are extremely uncomfortable to be alone in. I used to go fishing there but no more. I was fishing along the east side of the cove and heard above me on the path the sound of pounding hooves.

I was sure that if I looked up I would see a horse and rider but there was nothing. This was in broad daylight. On the shore of the main body of the pond on the west side near the island I cannot stand to be anymore.
You always feel like someone is on the top of the bluff looking down at you. Never again even by day.
