I was taking an afternoon walk with my grandson, and my grandson insisted he want to go through the covered bridge that crosses the Ammonoosuc River. I had a bad feeling about going through that bridge somehow even though it was day light.
The time was about 14:30 on a Wednesday, so there wasn't anyone around but the two of us. As we were walking my grandson was very happy, but when we got to the middle of the bridge he squeezed my hand really

hard and said the old guy there looked so angry at us.
I didn't see anyone there. Then he said ''oh OK he is gone now grandma. '' my grandson was 5

years old at the time. When we got to the end of the bridge we both felt very cold only at one spot, right at the end under the cover.
We both had goose bump. However as we came out, it was nice and warm again. My grandson said '' the old angry man made the bridge cold grandma. '' he turned around to look at the bridge and said to me ''grandma that old man is there again.
'' I turned to look too, and I saw a dark shadow moving from one side to
