I grew up in a haunted house in Winchester NH. I heard little kids laughter n we heard a rocking chair rocking upstairs which we didn't live in and there was what I believe a demon in our house but I've not been able to find any history of the house.
The house was I believe cursed. The lady my parents bought the house from had a Bible and crucifix in every room... Why?.

My father lived in house on top of hill on Chesterfield Rd.. Was sleeping in my room one night w/door ajar. Heard noises in hall and looked to the doorway and saw a young girl standing there! Freaked me right out! Turned light on and she was gone? Slept w/ the light on after this....

My brother also told me of his bedroom. He had a door in his room that went to the attic every now and then it would just fling open! He ended up bolting it shut. :o.

Multiple reports indicate that the buildings and grounds surrounding the Albee house in downtown Winchester, NH is haunted. People have reported objects moving and feelings of being watched. Also, the old Shipman's tavern on route 12 is a definite hot spot.
