Center Street is sometimes visited by an old city worker who died in the 1970s. He fixed broken streetlights and such and is said to have had an obsession with Center Street. He would make up things that needed to be fixed even though they weren't broken just so he could spend time on Center Street.
When he died people kept seeing him appear on the street. Only on Center Street. I have seen him a few times myself. I don't know why he was so obsessed with

Center Street but I know death couldn't keep him away.
