I own, bought an old Victorian built in about the 1890s. I bought this Victorian in 2005. About a month later as soon as I moved everything there I was taking a nap one day and I heard heavy footsteps coming up the stairwell.
I was the only one that lived there. So I just thought it was the house because it's old and old houses tend to make noises. Then I heard my door creek open and standing there is a man with a long beard and overalls smoking a cigar.

could see through him, he just stood there and then he did a creepy laugh and the door slammed and the lights flickered on and off. The TV flew off the

wall, the sinks started turning on and off, and something was pinning me down on the bed.
It goes on for about 5 minutes then stops. Then I grab my stuff and run out. It still gives me nightmares 'til this days.

I realized this part of town was under a mist when I came to visit for a short period of time prior to leaving for Europe travelling. I felt like someone was watching me. So I wonder through the surrounding near the airport with woods overlooking sunlit scene.
