I lived in Avenel all my life when I was a child. My family lived on old house; we had a ghost we called James. We all saw and heard him; we were not afraid of him. After my parents left we sold the house.
I have noticed the house is sold a lot. I wonder if my parents are there now with James. They lived there for 60 years.
