I was out walking my dog on 16th Avenue between l and 71 during a week night at about 3:00 am, and my dog started to growl at something across the street. I have only heard my dog growl one other time at some weirdo who came out of the wood line at Wolf Hill Recreation in Eatontown. I automatically thought it was an animal that she was seeing, so I was looking towards the ground. I didn't see anything and tried to pull her along, but she refused to walk!

I was a little annoyed. I looked up and said ''what are you looking at?'' Then I saw a black figure walking along, but I could not make out any features.

It didn't even look 3 dimensional! It was wearing a black hoodie. I saw no hands and no bouncing as it walked! It looked as though it was gliding! I looked down at its legs and feet and could not make out any legs!
I have a big pitbull who was growling directly at this thing, and it was loud enough for anyone to hear, and this thing didn't even turn its head in my direction! I watched it until it reached L Street, and it stopped dead in its tracks
