Documenting Activity at Dr. Stout House on Washington Ave Berlin, NJ. Because we were not expecting odd events when we moved into this house and because of the number of happenings since that time we decided later to document events as they happened. We have since moved from the property and no longer experience anything that could be even remotely paranormal, nor did we prior to moving into the old house. once a single family home that included a doctor's office/hospital in the Civil War era and acted as a speakeasy in the early 1900s. It is now a triplex, and we lived in the second floor apartment. The apartment has three bedrooms and a bathroom, all part of the original home and a kitchen and living room added with a 2-story addition at the rear of the house in the 1930s.
