I lived in Beverly for much of my childhood. Beverly originally named Churchtown due to the fact that so many churches in a small area suffered from the chorea epidemic where many original residents died painful death. My only haunting experience, however, was at Saint Joseph's (prior to its new renovations as an adult condo development). I took a couple of friends there around Halloween because the building at that time was creepy, vacant, and dilapidated.

to my surprise we got way more than expected. There was a significant temperature drop once inside the fenced area surrounding the building. In reviewing

the photos we took. A smoke filled picture of the front door with this horrible looking man in vintage clothing (i.e...1800s) appeared. Omg. We were so freaked out.
In addition, several photos we took had orbs with what looked like baby faces in them. I don't know what was going on all I know is that we never returned. That was enough to keep us away. I do wonder if those who live in the renovate apartments have had any paranormal experiences.
