I saw something strange on US 46 in the wooded area in Tulip Park this past summer. I was visiting a friend who lived nearby. At night we were having a bbq and were just talking and having a good time.
At around 11:00 pm we were cleaning up in his yard and we heard a loud scream and a big laugh coming out of the wooded area. We walked over across the road to where we believed the sound was coming from but we didn't hear anything.
Then all of a sudden

we felt this extreme cold breeze passing right by us at the same time we heard this laugh again but this time it sounded very sinister. We didn't wait
|
to see what would be coming next.
We ran as fast as we could back home.
