My mother had a sister, my aunt Rae, living in Camden, NJ. She lived with her husband 'Tex' in an old house on Cedar Street. We went to visit to Aunt Rae in the early 60s. I was oldest son. I was about 13-14 years old. Aunt Rae told my mother that the house was 'haunted. ' They were keeping us children from being 'aware' of this information. We all were up 'late' until finally going upstairs to bedrooms.
My brother and I slept on a mattress on

the floor in a room near the secondary washroom. The faucet had a slow 'leak,' and there was an old rust stained sink. During the night the room was very

dark. There were no windows. There was only light reflecting off the small light bulb in hallway. I slept on my right side. I was suddenly 'awakened' to a presence near the bed edge. I looked and saw a man dressed in pants. He was tall and slender. He had no face and was seen only to shoulder height. He was standing in a perfect stationary position, seemingly to be looking down at my brother and me.
