area and decided to knock on the front door of the white with dark trim home (same colors as when my parents lived there in '76). I spoke with the current resident and showed him an old picture of me and my siblings standing in the kitchen. The gentleman was very nice and let me view the main floor, and I could not believe that everything looked old (original).
Even the dark hardwood flooring was still present. Entering the living room you immediately

see a beautiful, masculine, hand made-all original staircase. It was so grand in appearance that I recall commenting how beautiful it looked. The dining

room still has the original small-squared ceiling tiles. With the exception of subtle changes in the kitchen and an expansion in the half bath off the kitchen (now made into a full bath) the house looked as though it hasn't been renovated in at least 50 or so years.
I mentioned to the man that my parents swear the house to be haunted, and he laughed stating that many people have visited the house claiming the same thing (he has lived in the house
