I saw something on Rock Avenue that I believe was paranormal one night. I was walking home from my night shift that night. I could hear very clearly behind me a bark. I thought there was a dog and possibly it's owner behind that wanted to pass me.
Naturally I pulled to the side a bit and kept walking slowly so they could go past me. I waited for someone with a dog to pass but no one passed me. I turned around and looked around and found no one.

brushed it off and thought nothing of it until I felt this extreme cold swoosh by me. I did not see anything but I could definitely feel the cold and

the smell of a dog. I don't take that route home anymore.
