Fair haven is a very rich and old town. We used to live there for almost three years before we had to move our west. Our house before we had sold it was on 3rd Street. It was so haunted. The 2-story house was then painted light blue and had a nice basement, and that was where our ghost lived.
My then-two-year-old would tell me not to go down there because an angry mean old lady lived down there. I was grabbed a couple of time while walking up the basement stairs.

I felt a cold hand grab my ankle and pulled hard.
I hit my chin and had to go to the hospital. My husband was tapped on the shoulder while down in

the basement as well. He was home alone then. We all felt watched, but somehow we managed to live there for almost three years.
When we moved out the landlord did admit that his grandmother died in the home.
