Approximately 1993 my boyfriend and I were driving back from Newton heading toward the double bridges in Hampton township. We were both in our late 30's age wise. Having crossed the bridges and up a small incline we saw a man crossing the road about 20 to 30 feet in front of our vehicle.
He crossed from our right to left without acknowledging us in any way. Once we had driven a bit further I said to my boyfriend ''did you see that man? '' he said

''yes and I could see right through him'' I agreed so we immediately turned around in the kittatinny High School entrance.
We saw no evidence of this

man and still wonder to this day just what we witnessed. The man was dressed in a 1950's overcoat and Fedora hat. Has anyone else witnessed anything similar''.

I have seen a couple of thing by the Newton Lowes that was just built five years ago. I have seen a girl in Lowes that would walk by me and just disappear, and a little boy that is dressed in white shirt that would stand next to me when I'm working and I'm not sure anything else happened. So if anyone knows let me know.
