I dated a girl from Harrison in 1966. She lived on the 3rd floor of a house on n 4th st (now Frank Rogers Boulevard n). One night we were the only two there watching TV in the living room and all the lights in the house were shut off.
I looked toward the back of the house and I saw someone standing in the dining room near the doorway to the kitchen. I observed it for a few seconds and realizing no one else was home I jumped. My girfriend asked my

if I saw something.
I turned on a light and asked her if she saw something. She said yes and then described exactly whati saw; a little girl about

8 years old dressed in 19th century clothing. Her hair was brown with curls that fell just below her shoulders.
The girl was just standing there looking at us and disappeared as soon as I jumped. My girlfriend said she thinks she may have seen her again a few months later when she was home alone but wasn't sure.
