When I was a kid there were these mean kids that tied a rock to the leg of a dog and threw him in Peddie Lake from the bridge just for fun. I went to school with these kids and I really hope they're suffering for what they did to that poor dog.
Completely psychotic behavior. But that's besides the point. The dog now haunts the bridge. If you go there you can sometimes see a dog on the bridge. If you go up to pet it, it will look really sad and then

fade away in front of your eyes.
I know this is just a dog and all but I think if these people who did this came back in adulthood and apologized to

the dog he might find peace and be able to move on.
