In Stevens Park is a tree that is a bit bigger than the other trees in the park. If you go up to that tree and spit on it you will feel a rush of cold air hit you in the face. I didn't believe it until I tried it myself.
The story goes that someone hanged himself from that tree one night and the tree has been haunted ever since. I don't know if that story is true or not but the cold air hits you right after you spit on that tree.
