I lived in Irvington for 22 years and worked at the local ambulance service (emtac) from 84-91. I could fill a conference hall with employees who have worked there who can swear to the consistency of the hauntings in that building.
I'm not talking about nuts I am referring to people who are doctors nurses state troopers and research scientists who have worked there at one time or another during their school career to make extra money.

have seen the police draw their guns and bring in the k-9's hearing nosies in rooms with bolted doors only to find out no one is in the office when unlocked.

A shadow figure was seen wondering in Irvington Park around 2:06 am, and was said to be the spirit of an elderly man who was killed and body thrown in the pond.
