Down at the park with the tennis courts. I think the park is called Kennedy Park but I'm not sure if that's the official name of the park. Anyway, when I drive by sometimes I see a man standing in the middle of one of the tennis courts.
I turn to get a second look and he's gone. This has happened to me a few times. I only look away for half a second and there's nowhere he could have gone in that short time. It's some kind of ghost for sure.
