There's this small mound at Center Street Park. If you go there you'll see it. Sometimes you can see a misty figure standing on top of that mound. You see it and a second later it's gone. You would think it's a trick of your brain or something but it's not.
Many people have reported seeing this figure on the mound. It's very much real. I've done research on this but haven't found any explanation for the phenomenon other than that it's real and happens
