This happened to me in February of this year 2015. I was walking on the bridge with my dog one evening as I usually do. My dog stopped and froze as we approached the middle of the bridge. Then he started barking hysterically down the river.
It was winter, and no one was out that day. I tried to calm my dog down but he kept on barking. Then in the middle of the river I saw it. I couldn't believe my eyes. An old man in a green t-shirt and black pants

was waving at us.
He appeared to be floating on this sheet of ice on the river. I was about to shout out if he needed help but he vanished right in

front of my eyes. I looked around and didn't see anyone or anything around the river banks.
The sheet of ice was there on the river but no man on it.
