We live in Ocean City retiring in our beach house we bought twenty years ago. It was sold to us by a pleasant young woman who inherited it from her great aunt who had no children to give it to. She said she did not need it, but her family was in financial trouble even before this bad economy. We bought the house and were looking through the town to get used to things. As we walked in the people who worked there were friendly. My husband and I shook heads to agree that we already chose a good place to stay.
