I'm not originally from here, but last month (August) I visited my cousin who lives in Ocean View NJ. His house is near the beach on 29th Street. Late one evening all four of us cousins decided to take a long walk on the beach.
It was really nice there. It was a Wednesday night, so there weren't many people there. As we walked we were talking and looking around. Then I saw a little girl with a small bucket and a plastic spade maybe 200 yards away from

where we were.
I told my cousins to look because it was weird there was no one else around her. We all saw her, and we decided to go check on her since
|
she might be lost. As we got closer, the little girl looked at us and started running away.
She disappeared soon after that, but there was no place for her to go. We were very spooked. Has anyone had any experiences like this? Please post.
