The building on 11x W Central Boulevard is very haunted because there is a ghost of a woman with long black hair and long white dress that will often appear in the most frightful way. Outside this building at you could hear voices of normal people demonic voices feel cold spots in the building strange smells and get an uneasy feeling like someone is watching you.
This corner of W Central Boulevard and Grand Ave is a very uncomfortable spot to be

at night as you will hear disembodied or far away screaming ghostly voices coming out of nowhere with no one being around or no cars driving by at night.
This

spot might even be cursed spot seen as people have been hit by cars every year.

In the parking lot on the corner of Central and 2nd there is a ghost. I have seen the ghost myself. It's a well dressed young man that appears suddenly and then vanishes. Don't know the background of this though. Anyone?.
