died in that place, and he said yes some guy died a few years back. I did tell the ghost that I now live here. I told him had no problem with him as long as he did not scare me at night, and I asked him to also watch over the place when I was gone traveling for business. He never bothered me again.

Yes, it was the son in the 1980s. He was dying of cancer at the time. It happened on the side porch facing 46. When we were kids we used to enter the Underground Railroad tunnel through the well on the Condition property. What we were thinking I don't know. They later sealed it up. We could only get under the west bound side of 46 as there was a collapse at that point.
