Comment by Rachel: From everything you described this sounds like something very dark. Maybe a paranormal group in your area could recommend a priest that could come bless the house. Not to scare you but this sounds like something that may possibly be demonic and you should get help as soon as possible.

I'm an electrician and I was hooking up some wires up on top of the lift bridge. The guy that is up there usually took a break and left, and I was up there all alone when suddenly I hear a voice behind me say ''hey''.
I turn around and there's a man standing there. I said ''hey'' back to him and then he vanished into thin air. I was shocked to say the least. later the guy who usually works up there came back from his break.
He said yeah, that's Larry, he used to work here but he died. I'm like what!! And he's like yep, he's a ghost, but he's harmless all he does is greet people.
