Not sure if you know about what happened in Plainsboro: in June 1985 a woman was murdered in an apartment complex in Plainsboro near dey road. A man was ultimately arrested and sent to prison but one of the initial ''persons of interest'' was a neighbor of hers; his name was Peter.
He according to stories asked her out on dates but she rejected him (in June 1985 she had been a widow for just a couple of months). If what you're saying is true then it's pretty

Not going to mention the apartment complex's name but near dey road in Plainsboro in one apartment almost every night I can hear a woman's voice wake me up between 1:00 and 1:30 am she quietly but firmly says ''peter'' in a gentle kind of loud voice.

I hear a voice of a woman almost every night between 12:30 and 1:30 am in Plainsboro near dey road. The voice is gentle but vivid mostly saying ''ouch'' or moaning to that sort. You can hear this voice around the area from certain rooms if you live near the area perhaps she visits different people and different apartments.
