An old woman and man owned a large farm. The man wanted to sell to developers but the woman refused. They had a fight over the matter and accidentally the woman fell down the stairs and died. Several years later the man sold to a developer.
The very first house was being built. A worker was working on an outside ledge when he fell suddenly. A co-worker said it looked like ''he was pushed''. The worker survived the fall and described a ''blow on the

face.
'' a few weeks later a worker was installing a staircase. At the top of the stairs he suddenly and violently fell down the stairs. He was killed.

A co-worker said ''someting pushed him''. Construction stopped immediately and the house was left unfinished.
It stands to this day on village road not far from Quakerbridge mall.
