We've lived in our house in Randolph for 5 years and have been renovating the inside and out. We have two pets and the noises we've all heard we attribute to something they were doing. Lately we have all seen dark shadows moving in front of our faces at night and of a couple of days ago my daughter say a dark shadow figure move quickly through two rooms behind us with no sound.
I have been home alone and heard what sounded like someone falling down

the stairs attributing it to one of the pets only to go and look and see them both away from the area laying down.

My parents rented a house on Sussex turnpike for three months while they waited for the closing on their Mount Freedom home. While we lived in this, not very old and rather non descript house, the feelings that we experienced were terrifying.
