I went for a nice bike ride with my daughter on Duke Island in the summer of 2009. As we were riding, my daughter said ''look mommy that girl has the same bike as me. '' I didn't see any girl there. There was a couple biking far away ahead of us, but they didn't have any kid with them.
I asked my daughter ''which girl honey? '' she replied ''she went into the woods mommy. She wants me to follow her. '' at that point I was worried. My daughter never

made things up. I told her ''we want to go the other way.
'' she insisted she want to follow that ''girl'' she saw. As we approached the path where
|
supposedly that little girl went, we saw a rose bouquet laid there on the ground. Next to it was a small cross.
I told my daughter we had to go. I went back the next day to put some flowers there. RIP little soul.
