Just outside of town is a short bridge with a white fence like rail. I was visiting an old friend there and we strolled out to that bridge and hung out there for a while. All of the sudden we saw a woman standing on top of the water below like Jesus and just looking at us.
I grabbed my phone to snap a picture but she was gone before I could get the camera on my phone ready. She looked pretty and about 40 years old. Has anyone else seen her and does
