While jogging on Keasbey Street I believe I saw a ghost cat. It was in September of last year 2014. I was running alone in the evening as I always do every day. That evening was different. As I passed some trees on both side and about to enter in to residential area, to my right there was a fenced looking like thing. I think it is a pump station that is well fenced off. I heard a loud meow and what sounded like a cat struggling to get out of the enclosure.

I went closer but didn't see any living thing. I heard it again as clear as day but again couldn't find anything that could make that meowing sound. Then

I felt a cold breeze passing by, and there was no more meowing sound after that. Has anyone heard of this?.
