I live in Scotch Plains, and I see ghosts all the time, lol.|

Hi, I'm Erika. My ghost sighting happened when I was 7. My mother was driving to Scotch Plains with my twin sister and I in the back seat to pick up a friend. It was an incredibly rainy day with tons of cars and traffic, with no one whatsoever on the sidewalks. Then I noticed a creepy looking cemetery ahead. I was immediately interested because I've always loved spooky things like that (having my first ghost sighting at only 2 years old.) We came to a stoplight, and I was thrilled to have a longer observation time.
Suddenly a female hooded figure walking by grabbed my attention. She was wearing an opaque bright-blue rain poncho of some sort and walking around in different directions as if she were lost. I could see wispy grey hairs sticking out of her hood. I caught a brief glance at my twin to see if she had seen anything, but judging by her expression she hadn't.
I looked back at where the woman was walking, but no one was there. I looked all around, but there was no sign of the spooky woman I saw. The car began to move, and my mother told me the place was haunted. I wonder if anyone else saw what I saw that day.

It was early morning around 6:15 am, still dark and a few days before Thanksgiving. (To avoid the crowds I had just finished grocery shopping at the Clark ShopRite -- it's open 24 hours -- and heading home. ) I was traveling from Lamberts Mill Road down West Broad toward Martine. I was about 1/4 mile from the intersection with Martine. Two cars (dark, so headlights are on) had just turned from Martine onto W Broad, heading in my direction. On my side of the street, I spotted a white shadowy human-like figure crossing (from my side of the street) the street right into the cars that are heading in my direction. Instantly I was nervous because the human ''figure'' was heading right toward the oncoming vehicles, and it was going to get hit! But at the same time, I was confused because it wasn't a real live human - it was floating. I was shocked when the first car drove right into the white shadow, and it disappeared.
