There is an abandoned industrial building on Locke Avenue near the railroad. That building has ghosts. You don't have to go into the building to see them you can see them from the street at night. Look into the broken windows and broken door openings and you will see shadows moving around in there.
I'm not sure why it's haunted but it is. It is well known that that place is haunted. Ask around in the neighborhood and people will tell you.
