In front of the bank at the corner of Riveredge and Piermont I recently saw what I thought was a homeless man on the sidewalk. Nothing unusual of course I thought but then I noticed he was moving along the sidewalk without moving his feet.
At first I thought he might be rollerblading but then I noticed he didn't actually have any feet. He was hovering. This struck my curiosity so I tried to look at him. He then gradually disappeared out of sight.
