They totally were ghosts because they were kind of glowing around their bodies. They were dressed like they were from the 1940s. The street that they were taken on was on Hollywood ave. Toms River, New Jersey. .

One night me and my boyfriend were driving down route 9 in tomsriver saw a young blonde girl. She looked like she needed a lot of help. She was hitch hikeing so we turned our car around; she was gone. Creepy!.
