I live on Hamilton, there is a spot on this street if it is after 11 pm you will start hearing a scream, then a few minutes later you will feel something grab your neck. I have been there and saw it, my husband and I were outside talking to his brother who is a cop. When he told us to come take a walk we got to the spot, heard the screaming, then my brother in law was choking.

There was a murder under the Bridge Street Bridge over 20 years ago. A man was robbed and killed and left for dead. He still haunts the spot. If you go there you can feel a cold breeze hit you and then you can hear his voice mumbling something illegible.
I think if someone who knew the victim of this crime personally went down there he or she might be able to make sense of the mumbling. Maybe he has something important he needs to say.
