My in law died in his house over a year ago his presence is in his bedroom we see the TV come on and ceiling fan running nothing is turned on my sis won't go in that room.

If I had not seen it with my own eyes I would have never believed it. I was sitting in front of a large mirror one day applying my makeup when suddenly a man in his 30's appeared in the mirror. He was holding a metal folding chair over his head and beating a young woman with it.

The girl was on her knees with blood soaked hair. She had a look of terror and blood running down her face. I whirled around to check behind me but nobody was there. When I looked in the mirror again there was nobody there.
Good apartments are hard to find and so I'm afraid to mention my experience to my landlord. It's awful living in a haunted apartment and every spare minute I have I'm trying to find some place else to live.
I don't actually know if the mirror is haunted or the apartment. But I do know that I'm going to find another place to live and get myself a new mirror.
