At the beach where Oak Avenue ends there is something ghostly going on. If you go there when it's really quiet and there's no one else near and you go out and walk in the sand you will notice that your footprints appear in the sand in front of you before you have put your feet down.
I noticed it when I was walking on the beach and this happens for a short segment about 20 feet wide at Oak Avenue. I tried it at different times and if there's someone

else on the beach it doesn't work.
But it works almost every time I go alone. Really weird. I mean your footprints appear before you walk. Some kind

of time warp or something.
