seen her because the left side of the road had more light then the side we were on. I freaked out so bad and my boyfriend was getting freaked out because of how I reacted that I could not drive. That night he drove and placed the signs. I was too scared to get out of the car.

Comment by Pastresident: Lived on that road for years. A man killed his wife with a shotgun on skyline drive around Halloween. Also a young man hung himself in a house just around the bend after the top of the hill. Goes back to the 60s and 70s.

Comment by J.Mendez: That's so scary and strange because what you described sounded like to me the ghost of Phoebe Jane Paullin. She was a West Orange girl that lived on the Pleasantdale side of West Orange. She was 16 years old wearing what you describe when she was killed walking home from Orange, NJ on Eaglerock Avenue. Only thing is that location is all the way on the other side of West Orange witch is strange. She died in 1883 after being followed home and violated and left for dead in Eagle Rock reservations in West Orange..
