I came over to play with my small cousin on N Euclid St not far from Broad St . There was little door under the stairs that we used to place our boots; we often joked that it was a door for an elf. One day after we put our boots on we closed the little door it then opened by itself which I though was just due to uneven floor but when it slammed shut again I got creeped out and grabbed my small cousin and went outside.
Other things happened in that

house like a ball without being touched would roll towards us like it wanted to play or upstairs doors opening and then closing .

My ex-husband used to rent an apartment in a house on Downer Street. I swear he must be the reason I felt haunted because after we left that creepy place we rented an apartment in an old mansion in Plainfield that was seriously haunted.
Once he was out of my life every other dwelling I've been in has been calm.
