If you ride a bike along the bike path that cuts through town and you ride westbound then right after you cross Madison Avenue you feel a cold tingle run through your body. That's the ghost of Carl Jankovics who died at that very spot in 1931.
He came in to town from Baltimore on business and right at that spot he had a massive heart attack and dropped to the ground dead. Doctor was there within minutes but he was already dead. It is confirmed that

that is the actual spot and the cold tingle is obviously his ghost or spirit.
What is a mystery is why it only works when you move westbound and only

when you move fast like running or bicycling. If you walk you will feel nothing, why that is is a mystery. Maybe someone knows.
