We bought our first home in 1986 in Woodbridge from an elderly widow. Her husband had died in the house. We'd always feel his presence especially in the basement where he passed away. My kids would also see the ghost of a young girl in a dress going up and down the staircase. One morning before sunrise as I was headed to work I saw a very tall figure standing on the sewer cap in the middle of the street. It had its back to me as I started my car and

turned on the lights. The lights went through it as I drove around it. I looked in the rear view mirror to see this very tall figure chasing my car. Just

before it was about to catch up to me, it jumped into the next sewer cap and disappeared.
