I lived in Bo. Hato Nuevo in Gurabo P. R. From 1989 until 1994. There are stories of a white woman with long grey hair long nails and long sharp teeth on one section of the road where it goes down then goes up and there is a curb.
People talk about how she has come out after midnight and she jumps on people's cars and she takes full control. She jumped on one man's car and they found him dead in his car at the baseball Park by Maria Jimenez.

say several people have had this woman jump on their cars and so no one will drive after midnight through that section of Route 944 from Celada to Bo.

I used to work in the old Sylvania factory site in Gurabo, when one night working 3rd shift about 2:00 am I spotted a spirit resembling a white female with blonde hair dressed in a bluish shirt and a white baseball cap but it had no lower body, only a clear mist in which she disappeared later on.
She was heading my way when I spotted her from my table, there were only two people in the back section of the factory that night the QA and me but he never saw her. That night also a guy about 6 feet tall dressed in a brown overall was giving me the creeps because I could spot him with my peripheral view only, so I told the other workers the next day, and they told me that years ago a very troubled mechanic with that same description hanged himself in that same section.
