I was at my grandmother's house visiting after many year of absence. I went to bed one night but for some reason I had a very hard time falling asleep. My bed was positioned against the windows and facing the door and the kitchen.
Every was already in bed when I heard the dining room chairs dragging across the floor and heard a man coughing. After a couple of times thinking that it was my uncle the one in the dining room I proceeded to tell him to

go to bed before my grandparents woke up.
When I got up from my bed and walked approximately 15 feet to the dining room there was nobody there. Still
|
thinking it was my uncle I looked all over the house and saw nobody. I can't explained who was dragging the chairs and coughing but I'm sure that is exactly what I heard.
