I lived in that house for about a year with my husband and two boys who were 6 and 8 at the time. My 8 year old saw the dark shadow of the man sitting on our couch one night. He thought it was either myself or his dad. It wasn't. He said the dark shadow man gave him a creepy laugh. My son ran like heck back to his bed and hid under the covers.
He told us about it the following morning. He is now 21 and can remember this incident as if it happened

yesterday. I ALWAYS felt like someone was standing behind me or following me in that house. Also, when we moved in, the owner at the time told us that

the house was supposedly haunted. He told us this right before we signed the lease. It was a creepy place to live. .
