We rented a house in Little Compton after moving from California my husband and our two babies. At night I would hear babies crying. My husband would say it was just the wind off the Atlantic Ocean.
Three months later my husbands mood was unexplainable. He was like a zombie one minute and scary angry the next minute. One afternoon around 4 pm he went to the barn loaded up his shot gun. He came in the house and rounded us all up in one of the babies

bedroom.
His eyes were rapid movement and only white like turned around. He killed himself that day. When the police went upstairs to a spare room

we stored boxes in it was an unbelievable sight. The room was covered in huge dead black flies.
Days later they were all gone. Something took over my husband.

Comment by Kris: It must have been the big house that looks over quicksand pond. The driveway is towards the end of long highway near the turn for Goosewing beach. A girlfriend nannied there and would not be there after dark. I saw the ghost of the woman who lived there not knowing she had died that day.
