I grew up on historic Lockbridge Street in Pawtucket. These were a bunch of old mill houses off Weeden Street across from the Mossasuk River which runs parallel to the houses. I have many experiences from shadows, whispers, sightings, etc. The houses carry an overwhelming feelings of grief when occupied. I would love to read up on these houses.

When I was younger I grew up in a house in Pawtucket that a lot of bad things happened in. Evil flourished. There I had an out of body experience after I was dropped on the stairs. I still remember my head bouncing up and down on the edge of the metal-plated stair. I couldn't stop. I didn't feel a hand on the back of my head or have the urge to bang my head over and over. (I believe I was around 3 at the time. ) However, some kind of force was over me.

On those very same stairs I was pushed by something I can't explain. I reached the top of the stairs, and a huge ball of bright white light with some kind of blue hue to it came whizzing at me, and I was pushed backwards down the stairs. Toys used to come down the stairs in the middle of the night and be gone by morning. I can go on and on about the horrible nightmares I had during my four-year-stay there and the incredibly unfortunate situations that arose on not only that property but surrounding properties.
I found this site tonight via search engine while trying to find out if anyone else has experienced anything there. This was at a home on Central Avenue in Pawtucket, right across the street from Dunkin Donuts that is on the corner of Central Avenue and Broadway. This urge was inspired by an emotional visit with an old friend of mine that also grew up in that area and lived a less-than-charmed life. We were talking about paranormal experiences we've had in the past. (We are both sensitive people. ) When this story came up, her eyes grew wide.
Right next door, where a friend of mine had lived who committed ''suicide'' at age eleven, she saw that same burst of white light fly between her and another childhood friend. She said it looked like lightning. She never told a soul until today.
